Ted Seidel

Ted has over 18 years of experience in sales and customer service and for the last 9 years has been in the mortgage industry.  Meridian Lending Partners was started in 2007 when a need in the market place called for a "higher level" of mortgage company.  Ted partners with many realtors in the DFW area as well as builders and developers statewide.  He also partners with private banks who have a need for external mortgage services.  Ted's goal is to find the best possible loan structure for each and every client.  This is done through a high level of trust between Ted, Meridian Lending Partners and their clients. 

Darlene Poston

Being in the mortgage and lending industry for over 33 years, Darlene brings her experience and a true customer service attitude to Meridian Lending Partners.  Always ready to help, she is available for questions, answers, and advice when clients need it.  She is organized, detail oriented, and works as a team with all of Meridian's partners and clients.  Developing a deep level trust with each and every partner and client,  she is ready, willing and able to do what it takes to get the job done.

Gretchen Seidel

Gretchen Seidel is the Event Planner for Meridian Lending Partners.  Gretchen has a "think outside the box" personality and combined with her vast contact base in the restaurant and hospitality industry, she can plan  and orchestrate any type of real estate industry function no matter how large or small.  Tremendously talented, Gretchen brings her creativity to the table in all aspects of event planning for Meridian Lending Partners. 

Amy Zepeda

Amy is the liaison between Meridian Lending Partners and their Real Estate Partners, Banking Partners, Builder Partners and Client Partners.   As the Business Development and Client Care Coordinator for Meridian Lending Partners, she brings her knowledge of the real estate industry, marketing, and sales to help other real estate agents grow their business with resources, leads, and education.   Meridian Lending Partners has many programs available to real estate agents and brokers, banking industry professionals, and home buyers and sellers.  Amy has been in the sales and marketing field for 24 years.
